Beginning on Monday, November 14, 2016 at 6:00 a.m., LA 77 (Bayou Jacob Road) will be closed in the vicinity of the LA 77/Jase Street intersection which is approximately 1.1 miles south of the Indian Village Bridge at the LA 77/LA 3066 intersection. This closure is needed to repair a slope failure of the LA 77 roadway along Bayou Plaquemine. This work should be completed by January 6, 2017, weather permitting.
LA 77 traffic should use the following signed detour route:
LA 77 Southbound traffic----LA 3066 at the Indian Village Bridge to Enterprise Blvd. back to LA 77.
LA 77 Northbound traffic----Enterprise Blvd. to LA 3066 at the Indian Village Bridge back to LA 77.
