US90B (Westbank Expressway) Manhattan intersection in Harvey, all lanes closed nightly Monday night thru Saturday, October 31 thru November 5, 2016 from 9:00pm – 5:00am (ending Saturday morning at 5am) for crews to install traffic monitoring devices.
General public and restricted load vehicles may detour using LA 18. Emergency vehicles will not have access during closures.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction zone and be alert for work crews and their equipment.
