Westbound US90B (Westbank Expressway) on-ramp at Manhattan Blvd in Harvey, closed nightly on Wednesday thru Friday, October 19 thru October 21, 2016 from 9:00pm – 5:00am (ending Friday morning at 5am). This closure will be in place while crews lay asphalt roadway and install pavement markings.

Westbound Harvey Tunnel in Harvey, all lanes closed nightly on Wednesday night thru Friday, October 19 thru October 21, 2016, from 9:00pm – 5:00am (ending Friday morning at 5am). This closure will be in place while crews lay asphalt roadway and install pavement markings.
General public and restricted load vehicles may detour using LA 18. Emergency vehicles will not have access during closures.
