Westbound US90B (Westbank Expressway) ground-level from Manhattan Blvd. to Peters Rd. in Harvey; all lanes closed from Tuesday night, October 18, 2016 until Wednsday, October 19, 2016 from 9:00pm – 5:00am (ending Wednesday morning at 5am) for crews to install pavement markings and lay asphalt roadway.
Westbound Harvey Tunnel in Harvey, all lanes closed from Tuesday night, October 18, 2016 until Wednesday, October 19, 2016 from 9:00pm – 5:00am (ending Wednesday morning at 5am) for crews to install pavement markings.
General public and restricted load vehicles may detour using LA 18. Emergency vehicles will not have access during closures.
