Westbound US90B (Westbank Expressway) ground-level from Manhattan Blvd. to Maple Ave. in Harvey; all lanes closed nightly on Sunday night thru Wednesday, October 16 thru 19, 2016 from 9:00pm – 5:00am (ending Wednesday morning at 5am). This closure will be in place while crews lay asphalt roadway. The Westbank Expressway on-ramp at Manhattan Blvd will also be closed during this time.
General public and restricted load vehicles may detour using LA 18. Emergency vehicles will not have access during closures.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction zone and be alert for work crews and their equipment.
