DOTD ANNOUNCES ALTERNATING LANE CLOSURES ON I-49 SOUTHBOUND FOR OVERHEAD SIGNAL REPAIR
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) announced today that weather permitting, on Monday, October 17, Interstate 49 in the southbound direction, in the vicinity of (L.M. 29.00) Broadway Ave, Exit 83, Alexandria, Rapides Parish, will have alternating lane closures for overhead signal repair.
Permit/Detour Section
Lane closures are estimated to take place from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m.
Oversized loads and emergency vehicles will have access to the area. A detour is not needed for this lane closure.
