The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that on Monday October 17, 2016 at 9:00 AM, weather permitting, both inside travel lanes of LA 28 West at Georgetown Drive and the adjacent cross over will be closed to traffic. The lane closures are needed to allow for the construction of a “J” turn lane at the intersection of LA 28 West and Georgetown Drive. The construction work is expected to be completed by the end of December 2016.

Permit/Detour Section
There are no detours at this time associated with this lane closure.

NOTE: There will be a width restriction of 14’ associated with this lane closure.
