Update: La 838, Ouachita Parish

THE ESTIMATED REOPENING DATE HAS BEEN MOVED TO SUNDAY OCTOBER 23, 2016.
The bridge on LA 838, 4.1 miles east of the intersection of LA 546 and LA 838 will be closed Tuesday, October 18 beginning at 8:30am and will be reopened Friday, October 23. The purpose of this closure is perform bridge maintenance.
Detour/Permits
All vehicles must detour using LA 546, I-20, LA 617, and LA 838.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
