THE TUNNEL IS NOW OPEN
LA 23, Belle Chasse Tunnel, in Belle Chasse, right lane closure on Monday, September 19, 2016 from 11:00am until further notice for emergency drain repair.
Alternate Route- Left lane will be open to vehicular traffic.
