**3rd St Enhancements – St James to Broadway**

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) advises the public that beginning on Monday September 26, at 8:00 AM, construction work will begin on 3rd Street from St. James Street to Broadway Avenue. The roadway will be reduced from 2 lanes to 1 lane with a 10’ width restriction. The work will consist of Sidewalks, Grading, Drainage Structures, Asphaltic Concrete Pavement, Curbing, Landscaping, Lighting, and related work. The Construction work is expected to be completed in April 2017. Details of the Permit Section are listed below.

Restrictions: There will be a width restriction of 10 feet.
