Westbound US90B (Westbank Expressway) ground-level from Manhattan Blvd. to Brown Ave. in Harvey, all lanes will be closed (including Manhattan Blvd. on-ramp) from Tuesday, September 13, 2016 thru Thursday September 15, 2016 from 9:00 pm – 5:00 am nightly (ending Thursday morning at 5:00 am) for crews to perform work pertaining to asphalt roadway installation.
General public and restricted load vehicles may detour using LA 18 (4th St) to LA 3018 (Destrehan Ave) to US90B (Westbank Expressway). Emergency vehicles will not have access during closures.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
