Westbound US90B (Westbank Expressway) Manhattan Blvd. on-ramp in Harvey closed Wednesday morning August 31, 2016 from 12:00 am – 5:00 am. This closure will be in place while crews perform asphalt roadway operations.
General public and restricted load vehicles may detour using LA 18 (4th St) to LA 3018 (Destrehan Ave) to US90B (Westbank Expressway). Emergency vehicles will have access during closures.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
