Westbound Harvey Tunnel in Harvey, right lane closed daily Wednesday (August 30, 2016) and Thursday (September 1, 2016) from 8:30am – 3:00pm. This closure will be in place while crews construction concrete barriers.
Vehicle restrictions for wide loads greater than 12’. General public and restricted load vehicles may detour using LA 3017 (Peters Rd.) to LA 18 (4th St) to LA 3018 (Destrehan Ave) to US90B (Westbank Expressway). Emergency vehicles will have access during closures.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
