Intermittent left lane closures on I-55 northbound and southbound from LA 442 to LA 16 will be in effect June 19 through July 14 (with the exception of the July 4th Holiday Weekend) from 6 am to 7 pm (weather permitting), for installation of a cable barrier system.
Also, left lane closures, northbound and southbound, will be in effect from US 51 to LA 442, nightly from 8 pm to 6 am, beginning June 20th and continuing through July 21st (with the exception of the July 4th Holiday weekend).
The right lane will be open at all times.
Lane closures on this project will be updated as the work progresses.
Motorists can use US 51 as a detour.
