LA 1024 (Cane Market Road), Road/Bridge Closure, Livingston Parish - EMERGENCY ROAD CLOSURE
LA 1024 (Cane Market Road), Bridge/Structure No. 832-10-0577-1, which is just East of LA 447, both lanes will be closed today, Wednesday, March 27, 2013, at 10:00am and will not reopen until Saturday, March 30, 2013 at 5:00pm. This bridge/road closure is necessary for crews to make emergency bridge repairs.
Motorists are advised to take the following detour (signage will be posted) to avoid this closure: Eastbound motorists should head north on LA 447, then East on LA 1019, then South on LA 63, then South on LA 449 to re-intersect with LA 1024. Westbound motorists should head North on LA 449, then North on LA 63, then West on LA 1019, and South on LA 447 to re-intersect with LA 1024.
