W.B. I-10 from Clearview Parkway to Veterans Blvd.  The right shoulder will be closed daily from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm from March 26, 2013 through April 12, 2013 for construction of noise barrier.

Note:  All lanes of traffic will remain open.
