DOTD announces restriping operations of US 90 - St. Martin, Iberia, St. Mary, and Assumption Parishes

DOTD announces that beginning Monday August 8, pavement marking crews will begin a six month project to restripe US 90 in the parishes of St. Martin, Iberia, St. Mary, and Assumption.

The mainline striping work is estimated to take place between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. in all of the parishes, weather permitting.

The outside lane of US 90 in St. Martin and Iberia parishes will be closed intermittently on the weekends and between the hours of 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. on the weekdays.

St. Mary and Assumption parishes will intermittently close the outside lanes of US 90 between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Oversized loads and emergency vehicles will have access to the area. A detour is not needed for these lane closures.
