I-20 Westbound bridge over Red River, Bossier City, Bossier Parish, and Shreveport, Caddo Parish.
This is to advise that on Friday, July 8, 2016, the I-20 West Bound bridge over the Red River, in Bossier Parish, will be Restricted to two lanes of traffic for one day between the hours of 9am to 3pm. In addition, The West Bound on ramp from LA 72 (Barksdale Blvd.) and the I-20 West Bound off ramp to Spring Street will be closed.
Alternate Route: Traffic coming onto I-20 from Traffic St. will need to detour LA 72 (Barksdale Blvd.) to LA 3 (Benton Rd.) to I-20.
The lane closure on I-20 over Red River will allow vehicles 14 feet wide or smaller to pass through the Bridge Inspection Zone. Larger vehicles must detour using I-220 to LA 1 to LA 3094 to I-20.
Traffic exiting onto LA 1 (Spring St.) will need to detour LA 1 (Market St.) to LA 1 (Spring St.)
