Eastbank River Road and Levee under HPL, Orleans parish

March 11, 2013 through March 15, 2013:
1. Complete closure to through traffic 7:00 P.M. to 5:00 A.M. (10 hours nightly) Monday 11 March 2013 through Friday March 15 at 5:00 A.M. Businesses can be accessed from each direction. Police will be on site to assist. The reason for the closure is to remove bridge barrier overhang and install cross frames over the road and levee.
March 18, 2013 through March 23, 2013:
1. Nightly closure to through traffic under the bridge 7:00 P.M. top 5:00 A.M. Monday 18 March 2013 through Saturday 23 March 2013 at 5:00 A.M. Businesses and customers can access the businesses from each direction on river road but only emergency vehicles will be allowed though the road and no bicycle or pedestrian traffic will be allowed on the levee during the nightly closures. Police will be on site to assist. The reason for the closures is to install painter access over the road on the new east and west bound steel girders.
