US 80 (Louisville Ave), in Ouachita Parish, westbound between the intersection of N. 6th St. and N. 5th St.is closed to all vehicular traffic as of June 10, 2016, 3:30 PM. The purpose of this closure is to allow the City of Monroe to make emergency utility repairs. This portion of the roadway will remain closed until repairs are complete.

The following detour route has been established by the City of Monroe:
N. 6th Street - Hudson Lane-N. 5th Street
Restrictions:
Portion of US 80 Closed to all westbound vehicular traffic.
