This is now open. I-49 North Bound lane Bridge over LA 175 in Desoto Parish.
Emergency Closure
This is to advise that on Thursday, June 9, 2016, the I-49 Bridge over LA 175, in Desoto Parish, near the Frierson, approximately 5.33 miles south of LA 3276 (Stonewall-Frierson Road) and 8.98 miles north of LA 509, will be restricted to one (1) lane of traffic, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. for erosion repairs. This closure is scheduled for five (5) days.
Alternate Route: This closure will allow vehicles 14 feet wide and smaller to pass through the construction zone. Larger vehicles must detour using LA 175, LA 5, US 171, LA 3276 and I-49.
