LA 1 Northbound, Iberville Parish, Lane Closure

Northbound LA 1 @ Intracoastal Canal (Port Allen) in West Baton Rouge Parish. The inside lane will be closed across entire length of bridge from Thursday, March 14th at 11:00 A.M. to Thursday, March 14th at 3:30 P.M. while DOTD crews perform an Inspection of the bridge.

This closure will allow vehicles 11-feet wide or smaller to pass through the construction zone. Road is open for regular traffic but oversize vehicles must detour using LA 1 South to LA 3089 West to LA 70 West to LA 22 North to I-10 West.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
