The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces that all overpasses and bridges of I-10 eastbound and westbound in Lafayette and St. Martin Parishes will have alternating inside and outside lane closures for sweeping operations. This will not include the Atchafalaya Basin Bridge.

The work is scheduled to begin on Thursday, May 12 at 8:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. Friday, May 13 and will continue on Friday, May 13 from 8:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 14, weather permitting.

This is a Sweeping Operation so crews will be constantly moving.
