UPDATE: I-55: District 62 Interstate Repair – Mississippi State Line to Amite (LA 16), TANGIPAHOA - STATE PROJECT H.009593

There will be intermittent and alternating lane closures on I-55 Southbound from the Mississippi State Line to LA 16 (Amite City - Exit 46) beginning Monday, May 2, 2016 through Tuesday, May 10, 2016, daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (weather permitting) while crews perform concrete patching, asphalt patching, and asphalt paving operations. Traffic will be maintained through the work zone at all times.
No oversized loads greater than 12’ wide will be allowed through the construction zone during work hours.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the work site and be on the lookout for work crews and equipment.
