The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that beginning on Monday May 2, 2016 at 6:00 A.M, construction work will continue on the bridge location listed below. The work will consist of bridge substructure painting. The project is expected to be completed in January 2017. Updates to the Permit/Detour Section are listed below.

Route: US 167 Northbound, between LA 3144 (Edgewood Dr.) and US 165 in Rapides Parish (Structure No. 08400150103711) Bridge A (Northbound Only)

Dates: Monday May 2, 2016 thru June 6, 2016

Restrictions: The roadway will be reduced to one lane. There will be a width restriction of 12 feet. The northbound ramp to US 167 from La 3144 (Edgewood Dr.) will be closed.

Permit/Detour Section
Traffic wishing to utilize the US 167 on ramp from LA 3144 will be detoured to US 165 Business, and then onto US 165 South, and then onto US 167 North.
