LAFAYETTE, LA. - Effective immediately the right lane in Lafayette Parish, heading eastbound on I-10 will be closed for emergency road repair. The closure is at mile post 97.68 just before the Scott Exit. The lane closure will take place between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

The road will be open to regular traffic with no restrictions to roadway or oversized loads passing through the construction zone.
