**UPDATE**
There will be intermittent lane closures on LA 21 Southbound between West 8th Avenue and West 12th Avenue beginning Monday, March 21, 2016 through Sunday, March 27, 2016 nightly between 8:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. (weather permitting) while crews install roadway base material for the new southbound lanes of LA 21. One lane will be open at all times and emergency vehicles will have access at all times.
Permit/Detour Section
To avoid delays during construction, motorists travelling northbound on LA 21 may take I-12 East to US 190 West (Exit 63B), west on US 190 to US 190 Business, west on US 190 Business to LA 21.
Motorists travelling southbound on LA 21 may take US 190 Business East to US 190 East, east on US 190 to I-12, west on I-12 to LA 21 (Exit 59).
