Louisiana State Police Troop A advises you to AVOID US 190 at LA 1 (New Roads) westbound for the next 4-6 due to a current traffic accident.
An overturned 18-wheeler hauling Sodium Hydroxide at the intersection of US 190 at LA 1 (New Roads) has closed the westbound lanes for the next 4-6 hours.
As a detour, traffic is being routed around the crash scene using an entrance and exit ramp (total distance .2 miles).

La. 415 South in Lobdell to I-10 Westbound
