Drawdown gate opened at Bundick Lake in Beauregard Parish
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development has announced the Bundick Lake drawdown gate in Beauregard Parish is now open as of Wednesday, April 10, 2024.
The gate was opened following severe weather that impacted southwest Louisiana resulting in increased forecasted stage levels. The latest reading shows the recorded water level at Bundick Lake is 96.1 feet. Flood stage is 97 feet.
