Judge Seeber Claiborne Ave. Bridge Closure Update

New Orleans, La. - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces a full closure of the Judge Seeber (N. Claiborne Ave./LA 39) Bridge in New Orleans from 8 P.M., Friday, January 19, 2024, through 8 P.M., Sunday, January 21, 2024.

The closure is necessary to allow newly poured concrete to cure properly. This work is part of the emergency repairs that are scheduled to be completed by the end of January.



New Orleans, La.
– The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces an upcoming 24-hour full bridge closure of the Judge Seeber (N. Claiborne Ave./LA 39) Bridge in New Orleans beginning at 7 P.M., Saturday, January 13, 2024.

The closure is for emergency repair work and is expected to be completed by 7 P.M., Sunday, January 14, 2024.
Detour signs will be posted during the closure.

All work is weather permitting.
