Belle Chasse Bridge & Tunnel Project: Tunnel Closure, Two-Way Bridge Traffic Fri. Evening

Belle Chasse - The Belle Chasse Bridge and Tunnel Replacement Project announces a traffic shift scheduled for the evening of Friday, October 20, 2023, beginning at 8 p.m. and continuing through 12 p.m., Saturday, October 21, 2023.
During this time, the Belle Chasse Tunnel will be closed and two-way traffic will be directed onto the Belle Chasse Bridge. Plaquemines Parish Sheriff's staff will be onsite to assist.
These adjustments are necessary to facilitate concrete deck placements on the north side of the project.
