UPDATE - REOPENED: LA 145 in Union Parish
(UPDATE 9/17/2023): DOTD advises motorists that this work is complete, and LA 145 has been REOPENED. We appreciate your patience.

(Original notification):
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that, effective immediately, LA 145 northeast of Downsville in Union Parish is closed.
This closure is necessary to allow for the replacement of a cross drain pipe that has impacted the integrity of the roadway.
The closure location is approximately 1.5 miles south of the intersection of LA 145 and LA 15.
The road is anticipated to be closed until Thursday, September 21, 2023.
Restrictions/Permits: Total road closure. All vehicles will need to utilize an alternate route.
Alternate Route: N/A
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
