ROAD CLOSURE: LA 512 near US 171, DeSoto Parish
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists beginning on Friday, May 8, 2020, LA 512 at the KCS Railroad track near the intersection of US 171 in the community of Benson, DeSoto Parish will be closed.
This closure is necessary to allow KCS crews to perform maintenance on the railroad track.
The closure is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, May 8th and last until 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 10th.
Alternate route: Detour signage will be in place.
Restrictions/Permits: Total road closure. All vehicles will need follow signed detour.
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
