The right lane and shoulder of I-10 eastbound from mile marker 126.1 to mile marker 127.2 (Whiskey Bay Bridge) will be closed the night of Wednesday, August 29, from 8:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., weather permitting.

This closure is necessary to allow crews to remove the containment system used for cleaning, blasting and painting the bridge.

The exit and on ramp will be open to traffic.
