MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: There will be a pre-bid meeting held on Thursday June 2, 2022, beginning at 9:00 AM in the District 03 HDQTRS Conference Room, 228 Rue des Voyages Lafayette, Louisiana, to discuss the maintenance requirements for the rest area Contract. The meeting will last 1-2 hours. FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID MEETING SHALL BE CAUSE TO REJECT OFFEROR’S BID.
