MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING AND TOUR: There will be a pre-bid meeting and tour held on Wednesday, April 1, 2020 beginning at 9:00 A.M. at the District 04 HQ Building, 3339 Industrial Dr., Bossier City, LA 71112, Louisiana, to discuss the maintenance requirements and tour the areas involved. The meeting and tour will last one hour. FAILURE TO ATTEND SHALL BE CAUSE TO REJECT OFFEROR’S BID. Please contact the Project Engineer in advance to reserve space at this meeting, as space is limited.
