BAYOU TECHE SWING SPAN BRIDGES (HBI)
MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING & TOUR: There will be a pre-bid meeting and tour held on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2018, beginning at 8:00 AM, starting at the bridge in JEANERETTE on LA 671. Contractor will visit the sites to thoroughly acquaint himself with all aspects of the construction outlined in this document prior to submitting bid. FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID MEETING AND TOUR SHALL BE CAUSE TO REJECT OFFEROR’S BID. To sign up for this meeting and tour, contact the Project Engineer, MARK ARCENEAUX, at (337) 298-3760.
