PRE-BID CONFERENCE: There will be a pre-bid meeting and tour held on Tuesday, January 23, 2018, beginning at 9:00 A.M. at the LA DOTD District 07 HQ Conference Room, 5827 Hwy 90, Lake Charles, Louisiana, to discuss the mowing requirements and tour the areas involved. While attendance is not mandatory, it is STRONGLY SUGGESTED that all prospective bidders attend this session. Please contact the Project Engineer in advance to reserve space at this meeting, as space is limited.

Please be advised if your business is the low bidder for this job, you will not be awarded the project if it is found “Not in Good Standing” for more than twelve months in the Louisiana Secretary of State database.
