I-10 Capacity Study (from LA 415 to Essen Lane on I-10 and I-12)

The purpose of the corridor study is to identify system deficiencies contributing to congestion patterns throughout the I-10 corridor from west of the Mississippi River to the I-10/I-12 split. Concepts to address these system deficiencies will be developed as part of a comprehensive public initiative that captures public input in advance of, during, and after alternative development. The feasibility of these concepts will be analyzed and documented as part of a Stage 0 Report prepared in accordance with DOTD guidelines. Upon completion, this information will be used as a starting point to begin the environmental review process required as part of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA).
