The proposed project is located on LA 3002 (S. Range Ave.) in Livingston Parish, Louisiana starting 700 feet north of Aspen Square Rd and continuing north to Bay Street. The project proposes modifying the two way left turn lane (TWLTL) allowing dedicated left turns, signal retiming, driveway closure, and adding bulb-outs for U-turns. The project is approximately 1.04 miles in length.
