| Field Test Reviewer | Creates samples, enters field test results, and reviews field test results. (Requires Project Engineer Approval.) |
|
| Project Supervisor | Enters DWRs and views Diaries & various reports. Authorizes DWRs and creates Diaries. Creates samples, enters field test results, and reviews field test results. (Generally limited to the PE’s primary assistant). |
|
| Office Manager | Enters DWRs, generates Estimates, and enters Change Orders. First level of approval (review only) for estimates and change orders. Enters sample information and field test results for inspectors. |

| Construction Sample Reviewer | Creates samples, enters field test results, reviews field test results, and authorizes samples. For construction personnel not in the Project Engineer group. (Must be a Certified Inspector. Requires Project Engineer Approval.) |

| Project Engineer | All of the above and second level of approval for estimates and first level of plan changes. Creates samples, enters field test results, reviews field test results, and authorizes samples. (Limited to the Resident Engineer and anyone who has signature authorization for the PE.) |
