MAINTENANCE MOWING, LITTER REMOVAL AND RELATED WORK
PRE-BID CONFERENCE: There will be a pre-bid meeting and tour held on December 19, 2024 beginning at 9:00 A.M. at the District 61 Headquarters located at 8100 Airline Highway Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70815 to discuss the mowing requirements and tour the areas involved. The meeting and tour will last approximately 3-4 hours. While attendance is not mandatory, it is STRONGLY SUGGESTED that all prospective bidders attend this session. Please contact the Project Engineer in advance to reserve space at this meeting, as space is limited.
