D 04 LITTER/DEBRIS COLLECTION & REMOVAL
Bidders shall submit experience for removal and disposal of litter and debris projects comparable in scope, size and complexity. Bidders shall submit the experience documentation through transmittal of DOTD’s “Pre-Bid Qualification Form”. The required form is provided in the proposal package with the other required documents, and shall be the only form acceptable for use in certification of intent to comply. Prior to submitting a bid, the Contractor shall submit the signed and completed form to [email protected]. in order to be added to the prospective bidder list. The form must be received no later than Friday, January 2, 2026 at 4:30 PM (central) for verification.
