SPECIAL NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS: The contractor is hereby notified that there are other projects and contractors within, adjoining, or adjacent to the limits of this project. These projects shall be considered existing projects and shall take precedence over this project. The contractor shall in no way hinder the progress of these existing projects. It is the responsibility of the contractor to coordinate all work with the other projects and contractors in the area. Existing Projects: H.003931: I-10 Calcasieu River Bridge Public Private Partnership; H.016466: WB On-Off Sampson St Ramp Mods; and P66 Pipe Rack Relocations. Bidders are required to certify their intent to comply with the Firearms Entity Special Provisions.
