SPECIAL NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS: Bidders are required to certify their intent to comply with the Firearms Entity Special Provisions. CONFERENCE NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS PRE-BID CONFERENCE (MANDATORY ATTENDANCE) A mandatory in-person pre-bid conference for this project for all prospective bidders will be held at LA DOTD Headquarters Auditorium, First Floor, 1201 Capitol Access Rd., Baton Rouge, LA 70802 on November 15, 2024 beginning at 9:00 AM (central). All prospective bidders are required to attend. ATTENDEE MUST PROVIDE WRITTEN PROOF OF AUTHORIZATION TO APPEAR AT PRE-BID CONFERENCE ON BEHALF OF THE PROSPECTIVE BIDDER. EACH ATTENDEE MUST BE PRESENT DURING THE ENTIRE MEETING FOR CONSIDERATION OF A BID.
