MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING AND TOUR: There will be a pre-bid meeting and tour held on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, beginning at 9:00 AM at the the District 05 HDQTRS, 8010 Desiard Road, Monroe, LA 71203, to discuss the maintenance requirements and tour the areas involved. The meeting and tour will last 6 hours. FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID MEETING AND TOUR SHALL BE CAUSE TO REJECT OFFEROR’S BID. Please contact the Project Engineer in advance to reserve space at this meeting as space is limited.
