Northbound Williams Blvd at W Napoleon Ave., the right lane will be closed on Thursday 3/3/16 from 9AM to 2PM to allow crews and equipment to install a concrete foundation as a part of the LADOTD Intelligent Transportation System Sign Project.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction zone and be alert for work crews and their equipment."
