*THIRD UPDATE*
There will be a roadway closure of West 10th Avenue and West 11th Avenue at the west side of the intersection of LA 21 beginning at 6:00 a.m. on Monday, March 21, 2016 through 7:00 p.m. on Friday, March 27, 2016 (weather permitting) while crews install roadway base for the southbound lanes. West 11th Avenue will not be closed until the work on West 10th Avenue is completed. No two adjacent city side streets will be closed concurrently.
Permit/Detour Section
Motorists should use alternate routes during the closure.
