Eastbound LA 48 (Jefferson Hwy.) in Jefferson Parish – right lane and shoulder closures daily on Tuesday, January 19th, thru Friday, January 22nd; from 9 AM to 6 PM while crews complete drainage box installations weather permitting.
Also, northbound Evans Rd. from Toler St. to LA 48 (Jefferson Hwy.) will be closed to thru traffic for the duration of this work. Detour route for northbound Evans Rd. traffic will be Toler St. eastbound to Plantation Rd. northbound.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction/maintenance site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
