Judge Seeber / Claiborne bridge Curfew suspension - Orleans Parish

Rush hour(morning and afternoon) curfews suspended until further notice, by direction from the USCG.
Beginning with the afternoon curfew 1/5/16.
This is due to high river stages and having to allow marine traffic to clear the river.
Please note that the morning curfew is still in place for 1/5/16.
